   Scott,

   Arthur Laffer wrote an opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal the week of 6/7/10 in which he predicted a financial collapse in 2011 due to the expiration of the Bush tax cuts. I would love your perspective on this, especially as the year progresses, and wonder if Smart401K will factor in such opinions in Q4 recommendations.

   Ken, thanks for your comment. As you probably know, we do a quarterly economic review for our recommendations. The Bush tax cuts has, and will continue to be, a factor in this analysis.
